Working Cities Pittsfield uses collaborative and inventive meeting style to accomplish its goal of ending poverty and creating a more inclusive Pittsfield through neighborhood revitalization, workforce development and improving access to economic opportunity. Their successful venture, based on the Berkshire Bridge model, serves as a pilot for other Working Cities Teams in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
