After months of waiting, Major League Baseball kicked off its regular season last week. But MLB isn’t the only league taking the field this summer. 

In western New England, the Futures Collegiate Baseball League has been playing since the beginning of July. Teams like the Westfield Starfires are going to great lengths to ensure the safety of players, staff, and the fans who attend games.
