Springfield Public Health Director Helen Caulton will discuss the vote by the Springfield Board of Health to ban tobacco sales in drug stores, grocery stores, and other stores that have pharmacies. Springfield joins roughly 25 communities mainly in the eastern part of the state which have instated such tobacco sale restrictions.
