Susan Burton is the communications manager at Baystate Health in Springfield. Ralph is a 4 year old chocolate lab who has been trained to be a reading dog, certified through Therapy Dogs International. Both Susan and Ralph volunteer at Baystate Health adult psychiatric unit, Baystate Children’s Hospital and Storrs Library in Longmeadow just to name a few.
