This year, there are two ballot questions for Massachusetts voters to consider on November 3rd. Question Two would allow Ranked Choice Voting and give voters the option to rank candidates in order of preference. If no one candidate get more than 50% of the initial vote, the voters are then counted in a series of rounds until one candidate receives a majority of ballots. 

Danielle Allen is a professor at Harvard University and the honorary co-chair of the Yes on 2 Campaign. Allen spoke with Ray Hershal about why she supports the measure.
