Closer to home, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker gave his 2020 State of the Commonwealth address on Beacon Hill. In the annual address, Baker touted strengths – including a record high $3.5 billion in the state’s savings account – and pointed out areas for improvement, such as housing, the climate and transportation.
