Gina Panzieri of Belchertown, MA works with the Syrian American Medical Society. Panzieri traveled to Jordan in February to assist Syrian refugees and will be returning this November. She discusses her work, the targeting of hospitals and medical personnel by the Assad regime, and the US’s involvement in the country.
