The opening of MGM Springfield in August could bring an additional 10,000 visitors to the city each day. The Springfield Police downtown substation recently opened to meet to meet the additional demands of the casino. The new location allows officers to go out on foot patrols and quickly respond to needs of residents and visitors. Carolee McGrath brings us the story.
