The Springfield Conservatory of the Arts magnet school first opened in the fall of 2014. At the beginning of the 2019-2020 academic year, the school moved into a newly renovated building on State Street. As Carolee McGrath reports, the program combines the arts and academics, setting students up for the spotlight both on and off the stage.
