Now that we’re officially one week into the new year, there’s a pretty good chance that most people in the area have taken down their Christmas trees and gotten rid of them. Rather than leaving them curbside to wait for the trash truck to pick them up, one small western Massachusetts farm has given residents another option: recycling Christmas trees into feed for the farm’s goats.
