Recent reporting by our sister station, WGBH News, found surprising information about attitudes toward higher education and – specifically – the consideration of race in college admissions. A nationwide poll commissioned by WGBH found that most Americans – nearly 3 in 4 – disagree with the nation’s highest court that race can be considered in the college admissions process.
