A former Bronx gang member, Pegine re-invented herself and was the first Latina inducted into the Motivational Speakers Hall of Fame. She is an expert on leading a diverse world and empowering people to be leaders. She is one of fewer than 700 speakers in the world awarded the Certified Speaking Professional designation.
