MassSupport Network on Mental Health During COVID-19

The Centers for Disease Control reports that mental health issues have increased during the pandemic. This includes depression, anxiety, and even substance abuse as people cope with the uncertainty of life during COVID-19. 

MassSupport Network is offering free and confidential support services for both individuals and families struggling during this time. Sarah Gaer, MassSupport’s western Mass team leader, joined Carolee McGrath to share more about the services MassSupport Network offers to the public.
