Maple syrup: the perfect complement to pancakes, waffles, or perhaps ice cream. Maple sugaring has been a New England tradition for hundreds of years. But researchers say climate change is affecting maple syrup production. Carolee McGrath sat down with Winton Pitcoff, Coordinator for the Massachusetts Maple Producers Association, to learn more about how climate change is impacting the industry.
