Mary Elizabeth Heffernan
Secretary of Mass. Public Safety & Security Mary Heffernan will join host Jim Madigan to discuss the Patrick Administrations’ plans to change the criminal justice system in the Commonwealth. Heffernan will also comment on toughening criteria for granting parole, release of non-violent drug offenders, and reducing drug-free zone in school areas from 1000 to 100 feet.
