Mercy Medical Center has been awarded a $2.5 million grant through their parent company Trinity Health to fund programs that promote health and well-being in Springfield. Mercy will team up with other organizations, including Live Well Springfield to work on six health issues: smoking cessation, obesity, improved access to nutrition, health disparities, and enhanced community.
