Judge James Collins, Juvenile Court Justice
Judge James Collins is a Juvenile Court Justice recently elected to a two year term as President of the Massachusetts Judges Conference: an independent organization of judges throughout the Commonwealth. He will be in our studio hoping to increase public knowledge and understanding of the judicial branch of state government and to discuss his concerns about the possible cut-backs in the juvenile courts – especially here in Western Massachusetts.
