Shutting down the economy in mid-March meant remote learning for kids and working from home for parents. The shutdown also resulted in job losses for many families across the state.  

This situation has increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depression for some people. Dr. Stuart Anfang is a psychiatrist at Baystate Medical Center. Dr. Anfang joined Carolee McGrath to discuss prioritizing your mental health during these uncertain times.
