Many local groups have projects on their “wish lists,” but lack the funds or man-power to get them off the ground. Hope Week, organized by the Restoration Worship Center in Springfield, aims to solve that problem. Over the course of one week in July, 300 volunteers donate over 1,000 hours to local organizations. This year, Hope Week focused on improving the lives of elderly residents in the Springfield area. Producer Alejandro Cameron brings us the story.
