The Massachusetts legislature is one step closer to banning hand-held cellphone use while driving in the Commonwealth. The State Senate unanimously passed a bill making handheld cellphone use illegal, and last month the House passed its’ version of the Bill.  Connecting Point’s Ray Hershel sat down with State Senator Eric Lesser and State Representative Lindsay Sabadosa to talk about the specifics of the hands-free cell phone legislation, and why legislators are optimistic the bill will be enacted into law after previously failing to pass.
