Despite being in the middle of winter there are still farmers and food artisans hard at work producing food for us to enjoy. With a little creativity they are still able to source their ingredients locally even during the non-growing season. In tonight’s Grown Locally report, CISA Executive Director Phil Korman visits Real Pickles in Greenfield and Artifact Cider in Springfield, both businesses producing products during the winter months and both supporting a regional food system.
