In Massachusetts, the Baker Administration is funding twenty-six new recovery programs to help people suffering from substance abuse and mental health disorders. According to state statistics, the risk of opioid overdose deaths are higher among those who also have a mental health disorder. The Mental Health Association of western Mass (MHA, Inc.) opened the first of three new regional treatment facilities in Springfield. MHA, Inc.
