Berkshire Water Pt. 1: Great Barrington Water Bottle Ban

If each person in a town of 7,000 uses three plastic bottles per week for an entire year, they will use nearly 1.1 million bottles. That was one argument posed by the Berkshire Women’s Action Group to support a ban on plastic water bottles in Great Barrington, MA. The small town in the southwest corner of Berkshire County joined Concord and Sudbury as the only municipalities in the Massachusetts to have such a ban, and as Brian Sullivan reports, not everyone in town is so happy about the Great Barrington water bottle ban.
