Divorce can be a complicated process filled with stress and anger, especially if child custody is involved. A program commonly used in Australia puts kids, not the adults, at the center of the custody process. Hampshire Probate and Family Court Judge Linda Fidnick helped to establish a Family Resolutions Specialty Court in western Mass. Judge Fidnick joined parents Colin Groundwater and Emma Lee, and Family Consultant Deborah Roth-Howe in the studio to explain the program to host Carrie Saldo.
