Typically, when a defendant ends up in front of a judge, the stakes are high, with possible jail times, fines, and a criminal record all as potential outcomes. But one court in Eastern Mass offers a second chance to some of the most vulnerable people who go before it—homeless defendants. Connecting Point’s Tina Martin reports.
