Hollywood in the Hills

Hollywood is no stranger to the region, with major motion pictures regularly being shot in part in our neck of the woods, from Mel Gibson’s “Edge of Darkness” in Northampton to the recent picture “The Judge” which did extensive shooting in Shelburne Falls. But not all of the productions here garner big-time glitz and glamour. Diane Pearlman of the Berkshire Film and Media Collaborative joins Jim Madigan to discuss the lesser-known aspects of the burgeoning film and television industry in western Massachusetts.
