The Journey That Saved Curious George
This is an encore presentation of an interview with Louise Borden author of the book “The Journey That Saved Curious George”. Borden spoke with Producer Dave Fraser in 2012 during a visit to the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge. Her book is about the remarkable story of Margaret and H. A. Rey, who fled Nazi-occupied Paris in 1940, with a Curious George manuscript in their suitcase, which may have saved their lives.
