CISA: Farm to Pub

There is a local farm to pub movement happening here in the Valley. Breweries are now able to source their ingredients within a 20 mile radius, thanks in part to some farms willing to get back into hops production and the recent opening of a malt house right here in the Valley. Phil Korman, Executive Director of CISA (Communities Involved in Sustaining Agriculture) visits hops producer Four Star Farm in Northfield and the Northampton Brewery to see how some of these local ingredients are being served up.
