YMCA Family Fit Program
Childhood obesity has gotten a lot of attention in recent years. According to the CDC, obesity is an issue for one in six children and adolescents. The Scantic Valley YMCA in Wilbraham is offering a new program called “Family Fit” to help parents and kids learn how to make healthy choices when it comes to diet and exercise.
