In the City of Pittsfield there is a debate brewing over the ban of Styrofoam. One side says that polystyrene products pose demonstrable health risks and environmental problems; the other side says it is mismanagement of refuse, not the material, that is an issue. American Cancer Society: Road to Recovery

The American Cancer Society Road to Recovery program provides free rides for cancer patients to and from treatments. Trained volunteer drivers donate their time and the use of their personal vehicles to help patients get to the treatments they need.
