State Senator Eric Lesser (D) – Longmeadow and the 1st Hampden-Hampshire District discusses Governor Baker’s budget cuts announced this week to deal with the larger-than-expected $765 Million dollar deficit in the current fiscal year. We’ll also look at the upcoming debate on the 2016 budget –and the Senator’s proposal for high speed rail service linking Boston and western Massachusetts.
