For many, the idea of sharing a personal story on stage, live, in front of hundreds of people is a frightening. But for the storytellers who participated in the second annual CISA Field Notes, their experience was exhilarating. One of those story tellers was Supicha Hillenbrand. Together with her husband Chef Phil, Hillenbrand owns Bottega Cucina restaurant in West Springfield. Hillenbrand love of Thai cuisine is infused in the menu at Bottega—and it inspired the duo to create the Thai Chili food truck. Producer Dave Fraser shares her story.
