April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. A recent case of alleged abuse which led to the death of a child in Fitchburg, MA has left many outraged, and wondering what can be done to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
Connecting Point’s Carolee McGrath sits down with pediatrician Dr. Stephen Boos, the co-medical director of the Family Advocacy Center at Baystate Children’s Hospital. Dr. Boos discusses child abuse and explains how stronger communities can help prevent child abuse.
