Bishop Mitchell Rozanski recently announced the creation of a new, independent ten-member taskforce to help the Springfield Catholic Diocese respond to allegations of clergy sex abuse. The group will develop a strategic plan that improves existing policies and procedures when it comes to clergy abuse allegations. The taskforce will be chaired by retired superior court judge Daniel Ford.

Connecting Point’s Ray Hershel spoke with Bishop Rozanski about the role of the newly formed task force and how the Diocese is safely reopening churches during COVID-19.
