With the uncertainty surrounding when large groups will be able to gather again in the United States, concerts and music festivals are at a stand-still. On April 30th, the Green River Festival—one of the largest events in western New England—announced the cancellation of the annual July music fest. Connecting Point’s Ross Lippman spoke with festival director, Jim Olsen, about the impact this year’s cancellation has on the future of the event—and how ticket holders can help ensure the festival returns in 2021.
