Hurricane Maria devastated not only the people of the island of Puerto Rico, but its animal population as well. Representatives fromDakin Humane Society recently visited the island to help the local animal population. Carolee McGrath sat down with Dr. Sherri Therrien and Carmine DiCenso, the Executive Director of Dakin, who spoke about their efforts to spay and neuter animals in Puerto Rico and the latest programs happening at Dakin.
