J.B. Bradley of Springfield has spent his career photographing famous visitors to Springfield and recording events in the local African-American community. He was also the first African-American news cameraman for WWLP-TV. Republican Executive Editor Wayne Phaneuf will join him to discuss a book he is working on re the local African-American community using Mr. Bradley’s photos.

Full of pomp and circumstance, inaugurations are an important democratic ritual and a symbol of the peaceful transfer of power.
