Our guests are Rosetta Thurman and Phyllis Williams-Thompson– speakers at the “Women in Philanthropy” conference. Thurman is a well-known blogger and author of “How to be a Nonprofit Rockstar”. During the conference, she presented “Demystifying Diversity in the Workplace”. Williams – Thompson is currently an adjunct faculty professor at Bay Path College where she helps women of diversity complete their bachelor’s degree. She is also a WIP board member-at-large and volunteers in her community.
