The Norman Rockwell Museum recently applied for a payroll protect grant from the federal government. Unfortunately, that money will not come through soon enough to avoid furloughs at the Stockbridge museum, according to Director & CEO Laurie Norton Moffatt. Last Friday, nearly 65% of the museum’s staff was put on furlough. Carrie Saldo spoke with Norton Moffat, prior to the furlough news, about the impact COVID-19 is having on the museum.
