Should Mass. Employers Discriminate Against Employee Marijuana Use?

Now that recreational marijuana is legal in Massachusetts, smoking now and again certainly shouldn’t impact your job, right? State Senator Jason Lewis has proposed legislation which would prohibit an employer from discriminating against someone because of marijuana use. However, the issue of employee marijuana use is raising concerns for employers in the Commonwealth. Carolee McGrath sat down with Mark Adams, Director of Human Resources at the Employers Association of the Northeast, to find out more.
