Vilenti Tulloch is an Adjustment Counselor at the Charlton Street School in Southbridge, MA, who noticed there was a need to help students with behavioral issues. Tulloch realized teachers were spending more time on disciplining, rather than teaching, students. Inspired by a video, Tulloch created The Young Gentleman’s Club, a youth mentoring group. Since it’s inception one year ago, The Young Gentleman’s Club has made a profound impact the Charlton Street School. Producer Alejandro Cameron brings us this story.
