Debilitating Medical Condition Treatment Centers Inc. is stepping up their efforts to open a new marijuana shop in western Massachusetts. Run by a group of local stakeholders including businessman Herbie Flores and former Hampden County District Attorney William Bennett, DMC originally planned to open a medical marijuana site in Holyoke. Now the group is turning it focus to opening a new recreational marijuana facility in Springfield, Pittsfield, or Agawam. Chief Operating Officer John Hanmer joined Carrie Saldo in studio to speak about the proposal.
