The Healing Racism Institute of Pioneer Valley helps leaders throughout the region to understand the root causes of racism and facilitates personal and organizational strategies designed to overcome the impact of racial bias in the region. Carrie Saldo sits down with Waleska Lugo-DeJesús, Project Director of the Healing Racism Institute, to learn more about the organization’s work.
