When Patriot Care opened Boston’s first medical-marijuana dispensary in 2016, it promised never to sell recreational pot. But now Patriot Care is seeking to do exactly that, by adding an adult-use marijuana establishment at its Milk Street site, and as Connecting Point’s Adam Reilly shows us, it’s a tough sell.
