I have been listening to candidate Tahira Amadul Wadud talk about the issues for several weeks. While I agree with her apparently Progressive views on Single Payer Health Plans, reducing student loan debt, expanding universal preschool, promoting interfaith harmony, expanding broadband internet in rural Western Massachusetts and making it available in the urban areas at a reasonable cost, I have not heard her say anything about the important issues of LGBT rights, a woman’s right to choose, forced conversion therapy for LGBT people and the issue of gun control . I hope that in the future the candidate will address those issues so that we will be more fully informed about her values and beliefs.
