Volunteer Fire Departments are critical in small towns across our country and right here in Western Massachusetts, but many departments are looking for more men and women to volunteer. Turners Falls Fire Department does have a paid staff of firefighters, but they also depend on volunteers. Carolee McGrath sits down with Chief John Zellmann to learn more.
