MAKING IT HERE celebrates an aspect of life that almost all people share: most of us go to work each day and many people are passionate about that work and what they do.
This season on Connecting Point, we will be rejuvenating that popular Making It Here series on alternating Monday nights. Our videographers and producers will introduce you to the entrepreneur who has turned an idea into an entire industry, the hobbyist who has taken a lifelong passion and created a thriving business, the artist or crafts person who’s skill and attention to detail has gained worldwide recognition, and even the everyday worker who takes such extraordinary pride in the quality of their work because they know it not only provides for their family but improves the community. These stories go beyond highlighting the extraordinary things that people do, they will take viewers to businesses and activities that they never knew existed in their own backyards.
