With less than two weeks to Election Day the latest polls show former Vice President Joe Biden leading President Trump. But as Hillary Clinton found out in 2016, the polls can be wrong. Could there be a repeat of 2016 this year?  

One of the keys for a Biden victory is a strong Black voter turnout, the kind of turnout that Barack Obama got in 2008 and 2012 but Hillary Clinton didn’t get in 2016. Will he get it?
