Massachusetts Citizens Commission Report

A 2018 ballot question tasked the Massachusetts Citizens Commission with devising a plan to overturn the 2010 Citizens United ruling. The ruling gives corporations and unions the right to unlimited spending on political campaigns, as long as they do not coordinate directly with the campaign.
