There are over 70 “Local Hero” restaurants in the region that use locally grown produce on their menu. Phil Korman Executive Director at CISA (Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture) visits Blossoming Acres in Southwick and Auntie Cathie’s Kitchen in West Springfield to see how the farmer and the chef work together for the benefit of, not only both businesses, but also for us the consumer.
